Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale Rescheduled for Monday 7th September

The Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale, originally scheduled to take place in Newmarket on Tuesday 8th September, has been rescheduled and will now take place at Tattersalls Park Paddocks on Monday 7th September.

The date has been brought forward in response to the decision by French based sales company Arqana to move their yearling sale to the 9th September. The revised Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale date aims to facilitate those who may wish to attend both venues.

The Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale has quickly established itself as a proven and consistent source of top class juvenile talent attracting strong domestic support as well as buyers from throughout Europe. Since 2019 purchasers have sourced 34 individual two-year-old winners at an average price of £12,500, with 9 black type winners on the roll of honour including this year's Group 2 Lowther Stakes winner MISS AMULET and Group 3 Molecomb Stakes winner STEEL BULL. This year's renewal has 257 quality yearlings catalogued, all of which are eligible for the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes.

Vendors will now be able to arrive at Park Paddocks from 6.00am on Friday 4th September, whilst it is recommended yearlings will be available for inspection the weekend of Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of September.

The Sale is scheduled to commence at 10.00am on Monday 7th September.
