Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale Relocated To Park Paddocks, Newmarket for 2020

Due to the ongoing challenges faced as a result of COVID-19, the Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale will be relocated to Park Paddocks, Newmarket for this year's renewal. The Sale will be staged on its original date of Tuesday 8 September. All lots will be offered subject to the Tattersalls Conditions of Sale and the auction conducted in guineas.

Matthew Prior head of Tattersalls Ascot Sales commented; "With yearling inspections ongoing it was important to be able to provide our vendors with some clarity and a clear road map in what has been a period of uncertainty. By moving the Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale to our headquarters at Park Paddocks we are in a position to do so."

The Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale since its inception in 2017 has proved itself a worthy addition to the sales calendar producing impressive results on the track. Last season's two-year-old graduates included the black type winners Summer Sands, Shadn, Liberty Beach, Flaming Princess and Flippa The Strippa as well as Bettys Hope, the winner of the £250,000 Weatherbys Super Sprint.

All Lots will be eligible for the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes held at the Rowley Mile Racecourse.
