Fourteen wildcard entries complete the Tattersalls Ireland Cheltenham May Sale catalogue

The quality of the 2017 Tattersalls Ireland Cheltenham May Sale has been further enhanced by the addition of fourteen top class entries. 

Wildcard entries:

Lot 5:     Pontresina 4yo gelding by Milan:
The debut winner of his Maiden; the second subsequently sold for £60,000.

Lot 10:   Aptly Put 5yo gelding by Yeats:
The five length winner of his Maiden and placed in a bumper.

Lot 16:   Rath An Iuir 4yo gelding by Flemensfirth:
A E62,000 store that has been placed twice in top Maiden company.

Lot 41:   Knockoura 5yo gelding by Westerner:
The emphatic 18 length winner of his Maiden at Dromahane, ex half sister to SCOTSIRISH.

Lot 46:   Buster Edwards 4yo gelding by Kalanisi:
Came up against two exceptional horses when placed 3rd on his debut at Dromahane.

Lot 48:   Another Barney 4yo gelding by Scorpion:
Followed up a fine 4th when beaten only a head and a neck for 2nd at Bartlemy (winner sold for £210,000) by winning his Maiden at Tralee last weekend.
