Miss Amulet Stars In Group 2 Lowther Stakes

Tattersalls Ascot Yearling Sale graduate MISS AMULET enhanced her reputation further when running out the winner of the Group 2 Lowther Stakes at York’s Ebor Meeting for Ken Condon in the colours of Colm Griffin.

The progressive two-year-old daughter of SIR PRANCEALOT was the winner of the Listed Marwell Stakes on her latest start over 5f at Naas but relished the step up to 6f at York seeing out the trip well. She now looks set to take her chance in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket.

She was sold by Rockview Stables to Michael Donohoe of BBA Ireland for £7,500 at last year’s renewal of the Ascot Yearling Sale.

Ringfort Stud breeders of this year's Gimcrack and Lowther Stakes winners, offer MISS AMULET'S half-sister by EL KABEIR as Lot 143 at this year's Ascot Yearling Sale.

This year’s sale will take place on Monday 7th September and has catalogued 257 quality yearlings all of which are eligible for the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes.
